NEW YORK -- The San Antonio Marshals' RB was a landslide winner Friday in balloting by a nationwide panel of 50 sports writers and broadcasters who cover the league. Goose won the MVP award by amassing season totals of 286 att, 1050 yds, 9 TD, 9 rec, 59 yds, 0 TD.

"I'm honored to receive this award because of the number of other worthy candidates who had some great years," Goose said. "It was just fun for me, truly, to watch them. I'm just glad to be a part of it."

RB Zach Muntez (TIJ) wins Offensive Rookie of the Year!

NEW YORK -- The Tijuana Luchadores' RB was a landslide winner Friday in balloting by a nationwide panel of 50 sports writers and broadcasters who cover the league. Muntez won the Rookie of the Year award by amassing season totals of 377 att, 1268 yds, 1 TD, 10 rec, 83 yds, 1 TD.

LB Hingle Mcringleberry (TIJ) wins Defensive Rookie of the Year!

NEW YORK -- The Tijuana Luchadores' LB was a landslide winner Friday in balloting by a nationwide panel of 50 sports writers and broadcasters who cover the league. Mcringleberry won the Rookie of the Year award by amassing season totals of 121 Tck, 8 Sck, 2 Int.

RB John Goose (SA) wins Offensive Player of the Year!

NEW YORK -- That blur speeding away from opposing defenses and running off with The Associated Press 2017 NFL Offensive Player of the Year award is John Goose. Considered one of the fastest men in pro football, Goose was uncatchable in racking up 1050 rushing yards on the season.

That earned the back 38 1/2 votes Wednesday from a nationwide panel of 50 sports writers and broadcasters who cover the league.

"I kind of realize what I did and I feel like I had a dream season," said Goose, who scored 9 touchdowns.

LB Barrick Acolyte (SA) wins Defensive Player of the Year!

NEW YORK -- In his own view, Barrick Acolyte put together his best professional season in 2017. How appropriate, then, that he is The Associated Press 2017 Defensive Player of the Year.

The versatile Acolyte had 100 tackles, 13 sacks, 1 interceptions, and 2 forced fumbles with 0 defensive touchdowns, and was a key to the Marshals' turnaround on defense. His role on the defense earned Acolyte a majority of votes Tuesday from a nationwide panel of 50 sports writers and broadcasters who cover the league.

East Championship Game

The San Antonio Marshals have defeated the Kansas City Coyotes in the 2017 East Championship Game.

The final score was Marshals 41 - 9 Coyotes.

John Goose - RB had a dominant game on offense playing a key part in the victory.

On defense Isaiah Rashad - CB had a stellar outing helping seal the win.

West Championship Game

The Norfolk Seawolves have defeated the Chicago Blues in the 2017 West Championship Game.

The final score was Blues 14 - 24 Seawolves.

Hunter Mason - WR had a dominant game on offense playing a key part in the victory.

On defense Tanner Pierson - FS had a stellar outing helping seal the win.

Week 14: RB Shawn Ariel (NOR) wins Offensive Player of the Week

Week 14's Offensive Player of the Week is Running Back Shawn Ariel. His 23 att, 102 yds, 3 TD performance stood out in the 27 to 21 victory for the Portland Pythons.

The former Texas Christian University gridiron star is racking up the rushing yards and now has 982 Yards and 8 Touchdowns for the season.

Week 14: FS Zed Richter (POR) wins Defensive Player of the Week

FS Zed Richter of the Portland Pythons has earned the Defensive Player of the Week award. Richter finished with 6 Tck, 1 Int, 1 Def TD.
