NEW YORK -- The San Antonio Marshals' RB was a landslide winner Friday in balloting by a nationwide panel of 50 sports writers and broadcasters who cover the league. Marshall won the MVP award by amassing season totals of 318 att, 1513 yds, 13 TD, 42 rec, 336 yds, 6 TD.

"I really accept this award on behalf of the team and the organization because there is no way I would have accomplished this much without everyone creating a winning environment," Marshall said after receiving the award.

LB Leighton Lee (POR) wins Defensive Player of the Year!

NEW YORK -- In his own view, Leighton Lee put together his best professional season in 2028. How appropriate, then, that he is The Associated Press 2028 Defensive Player of the Year.
