Mary Moore : Honolulu Hahalua I do not think people realize how good this offense is. They are 5th in the league pass completion percentage. They are 5th in the league passing touchdowns with 7. They are 3rd in the league rushing touchdowns with 5. They are 5th in the league rushing yards per game. They average 118.8! They are 1st in the league points scored per game. They average 31.5!
Jim Nox : Honolulu Hahalua We will be talking about this game for a long time.
Darren Francis : Honolulu Hahalua The Hahalua are a much better team than everyone thinks When they win here, people will take notice.
Fight breaks out at the Butchers' facility.According to sources within the building, Rico Savage (R) - SS has been on collision course with many of the other Butchers players recently. This is fractioning the locker room, and has unfuriated the front office. Coaches came running onto the turf earlier this week in training when Jimmy Ryder (R) - WR alledgedly shoved Rico Savage (R) - SS to the ground. This led Rico Savage (R) - SS to embark on an explicit-laden tirade. Eventually, Savage (R) had to be taken into the locker room by the coaches.'.Week 4: QB Nova Montagne (HON) wins Offensive Player of the WeekThe Honolulu Hahalua' Nova Montagne threw 4 touchdowns, completing 39 of 59 passes for 428 yards in the Hahalua victory over the New York Silverbacks.

Mary Moore : Orange County Otters I think their defense is really good. They are 5th in sacks with 10. They are 2nd in points allowed, averaging only 19.3. They are 1st in interceptions with 7. They are 5th in the league pass average yards per rush. They are 1st in forced fumbles. Get your popcorn ready.
Jim Nox : Orange County Otters This is just what my gut tells me. The way they win this game will tell a lot about what they are as a team.
Darren Francis : Austin Copperheads This will be a very up and down affair.
Hogmally blasts Ceti Pyxis - RB in wake of Yeti loss.Mister Hogmally was furious with his team in an interview after the Yeti lost. He called out the effort on both offense and defense. The 6' 2" QB fits the team's needs perfectly. Said Silverbacks general manager: "It's up to us to develop him and get good players around him."
"The great thing about the game of football is, it's a team game," I said on a conference call. "I'm just going to be one piece of the puzzle."Moore and Nox Mock DraftPick 1: New York Silverbacks Larry Moore: Wesley Daniels - SS The guy has his head on straight. Sportsmanship, love of the sport and respect, is what you get with him. Play him at safety. Play him outside. Play him back. Play him in the box. His speed allows you to do a lot of things with him. He fills a need for them. Great pick here.
Jim Nox: Wesley Daniels - SS Knows what it takes to achieve success at any level. He is driven by the love of the sport. People fall in love with his speed. There is a reason for that. Speed is important in your backfield, and this guy can run. Fans, coaches, and teammates alike will be ecstatic to get him on the team. He fits what they need, he is such a great talent. Everything lines up.
Pick 2: Honolulu Hahalua Larry Moore: Terrance Gore - DT Amazing strength. This is something teams love because it means he has the physical tools to become elite. This guy will clug up the middle for you forcing offense to run outside. Fast enough to blow up plays in the backfield if he gets immediate penetration. Rock solid player is just what they need. A great fit here, both in terms of need and quality.
Jim Nox: Terrance Gore - DT This is a young man who has enough strength to steamroll offensive linemen. Nothing strikes fear into a Quarterback like seeing your center on the ground in front of you. Is sufficiently fast to stay on the field against the pass. That is important if you are going to draft a guy this early. They will be happy to get him, they could use an upgrade at the position, and he certainly fits the bill. A franchise caliber player. Just what they have been looking for.
Pick 3: Baltimore Hawks Larry Moore: Philip Gilchrist - DT While not the strongest kid we have seen, his strength is an asset. It gives him the platform to be a great player. Will close down quickly if left unblocked. Good speed is a rare commodity, and while he is not elite in that regard, he has enough to warrant being picked this high. He fills a need for them. They will be happy to get him.
Jim Nox: Philip Gilchrist - DT Powerful enough to shed blocks and free himself up to make plays in the running game. Coaches are not worried about his forty time. He plays fast and will chase down the QB reliably when he get penetration. Once this kid gets in the building, they will be set at this position for years.
Pick 4: San Jose SaberCats Larry Moore: Richard Walters - TE Fits nicely with their needs. Fits nicely with the draft spot. Getting it right is important with these early picks. This guy is right.
Jim Nox: Richard Walters - TE He fills a hole at the position. Blue-chip player. Will fit right in and start right away. Love it.
Pick 5: Berlin Fire Salamanders Larry Moore: Terrance Morris - DT This guy understands what it means to be a pro. The guy has gets along with everyone. People always rave about speed. This young man has more than enough speed for the position. You do not need to run tack to get sacks. They will be running to the podium for this one.
Jim Nox: Willie Reese - DT They gotta be happy to get this guy. Such a talent and he fits their needs. I would imagine the war room is celebrating when they make this pick.
Pick 6: Colorado Yeti Larry Moore: Hyman Edwards - SS Is versatile by virtue of his quickness. Can cover most offensive players. Is mobile enough that you can line him up in many different places. He was one of the smarter kids in college. Take the blue-chip player. Do not worry about sexier picks. He fits what you need and the quality is there.
Jim Nox: Hyman Edwards - SS All you need from him is to be fast enough to the line against the run and fast enough to get to the sideline from his deepzone against the pass. Very coachable. Rock solid player is just what they need. A great fit here, both in terms of need and quality.
Pick 7: New Orleans Secondline Larry Moore: Neal Houston - SS Teammates look to him for leadership, and he consistently delivers. Here is a kid who no one doubts will put in the work. The guy has gets along with everyone. Fast enough to blow up outside runs in the backfield from his safety position. No nonsense tackler. Fans might not be on board with what can be framed as a need pick. But trust me once they see this kid play, they will be more than happy.
Jim Nox: Matthew Riddle - G Teammates gravitate toward him, they follow his lead. Coaches love that about him. Teammates love him. All he cares about is the team. He helps everyone succeed. He will occasionally throw of defenders to the ground when blocking them. He comes of the line with power and leverage on run plays. This is something that scouts notice. A player that fits their needs. The promise of a future star. This will be great for the franchise.
Pick 8: Sarasota Sailfish Larry Moore: Willie Reese - DT Are there other guys worth picking here? Sure, but none of them fit this well with what they need, and he is a solid talent.
Jim Nox: Terrance Morris - DT Raised to know the value of hard work. Known among his teammates as a bit of a goofball, but never in a bad way. The kind that keeps spirits high even when a season goes south. Not really a speed rusher. But still among the faster DTs. Enough explosiveness to get the the Quarterback, and that is all you need really. Solid talent that fits their needs. Really that is all there is to it. Perfect situation. Take the money and run.
Pick 9: Austin Copperheads Larry Moore: Paul Yoon - FS Teammates gravitate toward him, they follow his lead. Coaches love that about him. This kid breeds synergy, teams play better when he is on the field. Speedy enough to cover. Will need to cushion a bit on the faster receivers, but they will account for that in the play design. No nonsense tackler. Has good instincts on the field. With this kid, this is a need pick they will not regret.
Jim Nox: Paul Yoon - FS A leader on the field and in the locker room. This kid breeds synergy, teams play better when he is on the field. He will be a nice asset to the defense. His speed compliments his game well. No point in getting to the ball carrier if you cannot take him down. This kid tackles well. That is something teams are looking at. Fast learner. They will be happy to get him, they could use an upgrade at the position, and he certainly fits the bill. A franchise caliber player. Just what they have been looking for.
Pick 10: Cape Town Crash Larry Moore: Larry Murray - SS Wraps up well on tackles. They need playmakers at this position. This is what they are getting here. Solid pick.
Jim Nox: Neal Houston - SS The kind of leadership he shows makes coaches salivate. This kid is not afraid to work hard. The guy has gets along with everyone. Is sufficiently fast to cover most players. You can do a lot of different things with him schemewise. Wraps up the ballcarrier on tackles. Nothing to think about here. Pick up the kid, bring him into the building, put him om the field.
